How do we measure our ring sizes?
At StarLab Diamonds, we measure finger sizes using a wheatsheaf sizing stick. When selecting a ring size on our site, we will show you the different conversion ring sizes, from UK, USA, European, and Australian. We us the leading edge of the sizing stick, when measuring the finger for the most accurate sizing. How long does it take to get my order?
At StarLab Diamonds, we aim to ensure a speedy and efficient delivery service for our customers. If the item is in stock and your order was placed before 4pm, you can expect to receive it the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery if you are in the UK. If you are outside the UK, we ship via DPD or FedEx, and it will take between 3 to 5 working days for your item to arrive. We recommend tracking your parcel and contacting the shipper if you experience any delays. If an item is not in stock, your item could take 20 to 25 working days to ship. This also applies to bespoke CAD orders, from when the CAD is confirmed. We will keep you informed of any potential delays and will do our best to ensure that your item arrives as quickly as possible. Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes, all of our diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced. We only work with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberly Process, which ensures that diamonds are conflict-free and have been ethically mined and traded. At StarLab Diamonds, we are committed to ethical and responsible sourcing practices and take great care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality and ethically sourced.
Do you sell loose diamonds?
Yes, we do sell loose diamonds both certified and non-certified. We understand that sometimes our customers have a specific diamond in mind for their bespoke jewellery or engagement ring, which is why we offer a wide selection of loose diamonds in various shapes, sizes, and quality grades. All of our certified diamonds are graded by reputable third-party laboratories such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI), to ensure that our customers receive diamonds of the highest quality. Do your loose diamonds come with certificates?
At StarLab Diamonds, we offer a wide selection of diamonds and gemstones with and without certification. Our certificated diamonds are certified by either GIA, IGI, WGI, or EDR. If a stone is uncertified, we can provide local certification on the stone, which will be WGI or EDR. Whether you choose a certified or uncertified diamond, you can be confident that you are getting a high-quality stone that meets our strict standards. Does your jewellery come with certificates?
At StarLab Diamonds, we offer jewellery certificates on request for our jewellery pieces, which are certified by EDR. Additionally, some of our jewellery pieces come with certificates from other reputable laboratories such as GIA or IGI. These certificates are mainly for our engagement rings, solitaire earrings, solitaire pendants, and other unique pieces. Do I need to pay customs and duty fees?

How can I view your collection?
We offer a few different ways for you to view our collection. First, you can visit our showroom located in London's Hatton Garden. Our showroom is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and on Fridays during British Summer Time (BST), our showroom is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and during Daylight Saving Time (DST), our showroom is open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Second, you can arrange an appointment with one of our account managers who can provide you with a more personalized experience and help you find the perfect ranges for your store. Yes, we do charge for delivery. For orders within the UK, we charge a standard fee of £7.50. For international orders, the shipping cost will depend on the location.
