Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT/BST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® for eligible UK orders.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® aims to deliver your parcel:
By 1:00 PM the next working day after dispatch
Monday to Saturday for most UK mainland addresses
With full tracking and signature confirmation
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, transport disruptions, or high seasonal demand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Some remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your parcel directly through the Royal Mail website.
If no one is available to accept delivery, Royal Mail may:
Leave a calling card with redelivery instructions
Attempt redelivery
Hold the parcel at a local delivery office for collection
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where a signature is required.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
Severe weather
Industrial action
Customs or transport disruptions
Public emergencies
Carrier delays
In such cases, we will do our best to keep customers informed and assist with tracking updates.
